Who we are
A new Saudi contractor, built on two decades of delivery
Luminous Infrastructure & Services (LIS) was established in Riyadh in 2025 as a sister concern of SR Constructions — a trusted Indian firm operating since 2002 under the leadership of Mr. Rehan Farooqi.
What is new is the company, not the capability. Our engineers have delivered hospitals, residential towers, metro depots, financial district fit-outs and industrial city infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. LIS brings that record to the Kingdom’s rapidly growing infrastructure and service sectors.
